Once your registration with payment is successfully done, you will receive a account activation SMS & E -mail along with Username & Password from SmartHealth-Admin.
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your door step (provided address given during registration).
E-mail & SMS are sentto you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking no/id and name of logistic/courier provider. Visit the website of the logistic provider and enter the tracking no for your order details.
Once you subscribe to SmartHealth, you cannot cancel the subscription & payment will not be refunded.

One should check the device/devices at the time of delivery, if it is physically damaged you should handover it to the delivery person.
