How do I know my account is activated ?

Once your registration with payment is successfully done, you will receive a account activation SMS & E -mail along with Username & Password from SmartHealth-Admin.

How will my ordered devices be delivered to me ?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your door step (provided address given during registration).

How do I track my order ?

E-mail & SMS are sentto you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking no/id and name of logistic/courier provider. Visit the website of the logistic provider and enter the tracking no for your order details.

Can I cancel my order subscription ?

Once you subscribe to SmartHealth, you cannot cancel the subscription & payment will not be refunded.

What is the quality of devices delivered ?

SmartHealth provides you with great quality & assurance of various devices which are CE & FDA aproved. The devices are checked inhouse before they are delivered.

What if the devices delivered to me is faulty ?

One should check the device/devices at the time of delivery, if it is physically damaged you should handover it to the delivery person. For technical inconveenience(damage) of device please e-mail us at : support@smarthealthhome.com within 2 days of delivery. Please refer to SmartHealth Return & Replacement Policy.

What if the device becomes faulty after its use ?

Please e-mail us at : support@smarthealthhome.com as soon as possible. We will contact you.

Do you take order from telephone ?
