Return & Replacement Policy

The user can make a request for Replacement to us by sending an email at issue@smarthealthathome.com or by calling at 020-40098498 by mentioning all necessary information required for us to consider the request for Replacement of any product purchased from our website in the following situations:

   1. The product was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
   2. Constituents of the product(s) was / were missing at the time of delivery.
   3. The product delivered does not match the product which was ordered by the user.

We encourage the user to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the user orders a wrong product, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return and replacement for such a product.

The devices will be replaced according to the warranty offered by the manufacturing companies against manufacturing defects within warranty period as follows:

AND Blood Pressure monitor- Replacement within one year of warranty against any manufacturing defect.

Honsun Blood Pressure monitors- Models LD 530 and LD587: Replacement within one year of warranty against any manufacturing defect. JP1303 Activity tracker: Replacement within one year of warranty against any manufacturing defect.

Note for the user: As a precondition to request for Replacement/Return, it will be obligatory in the user that the item to be replaced should not be tampered or used or changed. The User has to pay for both way shipment charges
